For Master of Flavours, 99 Sushi is laying on a special 13-course chefs’ table. The meal is oceanic themed, with a luxurious and modern Japanese haute cuisine twist.

The menu comes from 99 Sushi’s chef Thinus van der Westhuizen. What’s in store? Standouts on the incredible menu include okonomiyaki – a tuna pizza with jalapeño and truffle – and crab chawanmushi.

There’s also the signature golden bricks – rice rectangles topped with toro tartare, avocado and gold leaf, as well as the much-loved Chilean sea bass.
