Available from 4 pm to 7 pm, Afternoon Ritual introduces a more elevated way to meet, unwind or reset between lunch and evening. The experience brings together a curated selection of COYA’s signature desserts, alongside speciality coffees, premium teas and a collection of liquid dessert mocktails, for those seeking an elegant afternoon pick-me-up.  

Drawing on COYA’s culinary identity rooted in the spirit of Peru, the menu reflects the brand’s distinctive approach to flavour and craftsmanship, from indulgent dessert platters to playful interpretations of classic sweet profiles.
