A mad villain named Dr. Vanhook, has built the most incredible invention that ever walked the planet — a bionic dog named R.A.D.A.R. R.A.D.A.R. was built to track down gold along the Florida coast but Vanhook didn’t realize the dog has emotions and a moral compass and has befriended a young boy.
