Abu Dhabi, UAE – October 2025 – This season, The Galleria Al Maryah Island invites everyone to embark on an extraordinary gastronomic journey as Master of Flavours, powered by Time Out Abu Dhabi, takes over one of the capital’s most awarded dining destinations from 29 October to 9 November 2025.
Debuting as an annual event exclusive to The Galleria, Master of Flavours marks the beginning of Abu Dhabi’s most exciting new celebration of food, flavour and creativity, a festival that captures the artistry and community spirit of dining in all its forms.
For nearly two weeks, The Galleria will transform into a culinary wonderland, bringing together Abu Dhabi’s finest chefs, award-winning restaurants and passionate food lovers. From Michelin-recommended venues to beloved local gems, this one-of-a-kind event is the only place in the city where guests can experience such a diverse line-up of chef’s tables, workshops, family-friendly activities, and limited-edition menus and all under one roof.
An Experience for Every Palate
For the first time, several of The Galleria’s celebrated restaurants are offering guests an intimate glimpse into their culinary DNA, curated especially for Master of Flavours.
Highlights include:
- 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant, presenting a 13-course oceanic-themed menu blending Japanese precision with Spanish artistry.
- COYA, offering a three-course Peruvian dining experience, hosted by Head Chef Amila Dewasurendra.
- Pincode by Kunal Kapur, featuring a five-course Indian tasting menu from celebrity chef Kunal Kapur himself.
- Novikov, with an evocative Mediterranean-inspired 13-course tasting menu designed by Executive Chef Marco Lubian and Head Chef Alberto Dorigo.
- Pho Mo, serving fresh, flavour-packed Vietnamese favourites that celebrate authentic street food traditions.
- Texas Roadhouse, delivering hearty American classics in a vibrant, family-friendly setting.
Learn, Sip, and Savour
Beyond dining, Master of Flavours invites the community to take part in interactive culinary workshops led by some of Abu Dhabi’s most beloved chefs and artisans.
Learn the secrets of handmade pasta at Antonia Chic, discover the warmth of Georgian cooking at Shvili, or explore the spices of India at Asha’s.
Coffee and tea enthusiasts can enjoy hands-on sessions with expert baristas and tea sommeliers at Caffè Nero, Nespresso, TWG Tea, and Hy Bakery, while those with a sweet tooth can join Magnolia Bakery’s cupcake workshops or unwind with Flaky Pastry’s croissant high tea.
Families are encouraged to join in too, with CRAFT by Side Hustle’s Sunday lunches offering a relaxed setting for shared moments over great food.
