Attention all fitness enthusiasts and moms looking for a fun activity with their little ones! The Galleria is excited to announce new complimentary health & wellness community programs - "Let's Dance!" Zumba sessions and "Mom and Child" yoga sessions.

Let’s Dance – Zumba

Our "Let's Dance!" Zumba sessions are perfect for anyone looking for a fun and energetic workout. Led by experienced instructors, our Zumba classes combine dance and exercise for a full-body workout that is sure to get your heart pumping and your feet moving.

  • North Link Bridge (Next to Five Guys, Level 2)
  • Every Tuesday and Thursday from 09:00-10:00 am

For moms looking for a fun activity to do with their little ones, our "Mom and Child Yoga" sessions are the perfect opportunity to bond and get active together. Led by certified yoga instructors, our sessions are designed to promote mindfulness and relaxation for both mom and child.

Let’s Stretch – Yoga for Mom & Child

Let’s Stretch mommy-and-child is a new yoga programme encouraging mothers and their children to stay active and enjoy quality time together. The classes are fun, engaging and promote bonding and wellness. Led by a certified instructor, Let’s Stretch mommy-and-child yoga is offered every Wednesday and Saturday from 9am to 10am.

Let’s Stretch – Yoga for Adults

Let’s Stretch adult yoga classes are the popular yoga sessions you know and love. These sessions are suitable for yogis of all levels, from total beginner to advanced and take place three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 8:30am to 9:30am.

Let’s Walk

Let’s Walk is a fun and interactive programme that rewards fitness with exciting discounts and offers from brands at The Galleria. The guided walks are led by trained fitness professionals three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:30am.

  • Central Kitchens, Level 3.
  • Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30am


All activities will be complimentary, however spaces are limited and registration is required on a first-come first-served basis. “Get Active” is designed to promote community engagement and healthy living, and participants will have the opportunity to meet new people and work towards their fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment.

All programs are open to all levels of fitness and experience. So whether you're a seasoned Zumba dancer or a first-time yogi, we welcome you to join us for these fun and exciting community programs. We look forward to seeing you there!
