Introduction
Since 1947 the passion for Italian gelato has accompanied us in our growth. La Romana dal 1947 is a franchise of artisanal gelato stores, born in Rimini (Italy), with 68 opened around the world. The methods are still those of the past for making fresh gelato flavours every day in the artisan lab present in every store. We use genuine ingredients such as eggs, sugar, fresh cream and the addition of organic milk. In fact, our recipes have remained the same, maintaining the natural creaminess of the gelato.
