Services Provided by The Galleria
Guest Services Desks: We have 2 Guest Services Desks to assist with all enquiries. These are located on Level G (opposite Paul Café) and Level L2 (opposite Chanel). If in doubt regarding an enquiry, please direct guests to these locations.
The Galleria Shuttle Bus (seasonal): We have a dedicated luxury shuttle bus service which facilitates travel between The Galleria, Abu Dhabi Ports and a number of hotels on Saadiyat Island and along the Abu Dhabi Corniche. For timetable information please see here.
Shuttle Bus Collection Points
- Corniche hotels include – Bab Al Qasr, Grand Hyatt, Conrad Hotel Etihad Tower and St. Regis Abu Dhabi.
- Saadiyat Island hotels include – Jumeirah at Saadiyat, Park Hyatt, Rixos Saadiyat and Saadiyat Rotana.
Bag Storage: The Galleria has a dedicated storage area for guests. Guests can store up to 3 shopping bags for AED 50 while they continue to shop or dine in the mall. Please direct enquiries to the Guest Services Desk on Level G (opposite Paul Café) for this service. Please note, only card payments are accepted.
Mobility Aids: Guests can reserve or request mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walking frames, powered mobility scooters, and baby strollers to use during their visit. This service is complimentary. A guest ID and contact number will be required when borrowing a device. Reservations can be made via The Galleria’s mobile application or by requesting the service at either of the Guest Services Desks.
The Galleria VIP Pass: The VIP Pass programme gives guests access to a number of exclusive discounts and offers across retail and dining at The Galleria. Guests can register for a VIP Pass on the Galleria’s mobile application. Retailers who would like to take advantage of this opportunity and participate in the VIP Pass programme can contact Journey at email@example.com.
The Galleria Gift Card: The Galleria Gift Card programme will launch in June 2023. These may be purchased at the Guest Services desks.
The Galleria Mobile Application: Guests who register on the mobile app can conveniently access the latest events, offers and updates. In addition to our VIP Pass programme which unlocks exclusive offers from brands at The Galleria.
Mobile App Features include:
- Digital VIP Pass card with exclusive offers
- Car park space availability so you can plan your trip and park accordingly
- Pre-booking of complimentary services including wheelchairs, power scooters and baby strollers
- Navigation function to assist guests with finding their favourite stores
- Listing of all events, offers and campaigns at your fingertips
Complimentary WiFi: Complimentary WiFi is available for all guests at The Galleria. Guests may access the WiFi network by selecting The Galleria and registering to connect.
Lost & Found: All items found in The Galleria are recorded, catalogued and stored for a certain period of time. Items can be collected by requesting assistance at our Guest Services desks.
Please note: There is NO HOME DELIVERY SERVICE provided by The Galleria for guests. Some retailers may offer this as part of their individual brand services, but this is not available from the mall.
Facilities Available at The Galleria
Prayer Rooms: Prayer rooms are available on Level 4 next to Sky Park and Level L1 in The Luxury Collection near L’ETO and LPM Restaurant. On Fridays an Imam from AWQAF is available at the prayer room on Level 4 beside Sky Park. Please note on Fridays this prayer room will be limited to men only from 12pm to 2:30pm. Two prayer rooms for female worshippers are available in The Galleria’s Luxury Collection on Level L1.
Family Rooms with Baby-Changing Facilities: There are also many family rooms located throughout the destination near the restrooms. These include play spaces for children and baby-changing facilities.
ATMs & Banks: There are 4 ATMs at The Galleria, which are;
- ADCB - Level C opposite Waitrose
- ADIB - Level C opposite Waitrose
- ADCB - Level L2 within ADCB Bank in The Luxury Collection
- FAB - Level G corridor near Starbucks Reserv
TAX Refund Self Service Machine: Tourists may submit a claim for a VAT refund if they are not UAE residents. Guests eligible for a VAT refund will need to submit their receipts, passport and boarding pass for departure. The machine is located on the Concourse Level across from Waitrose.
Taxi Pick Up Point: The dedicated taxi pick up point at The Galleria is located on Level G, South Atrium. Guests should take the exit door behind Asha’s and Magnolia Bakery.
Careem/Uber Pick Up Point: The dedicated Uber or Careem pick-up point is located on Level G, Central Atrium. Guests should take the exit door beside Debenhams.
Car Washing Services: Car washing services are available in the car parks on levels P3 and P4.
People of Determination Parking: Dedicated parking for People of Determination is available near all mall entrance doors from the car park.
Valet Parking: Valet parking is available in 3 locations. For The Luxury Collection valet parking can be found on plaza level outside Zuma near the south entrance and COYA near the north entrance. Valet parking is also available in the VIP parking area on P4 in front of the entrance to Waitrose.
